We are looking for industry experts in business who are eager to help, guide and support our enthusiastic learners. Your role is to inspire them to bring out their best and to realise their potential.

You'll gain from the experience too. Passing on knowledge through teaching is inherently rewarding, and we look after our mentors as well as our students.

Being an Ocademy mentor is part-time, flexible, fully online, and paid. We'll ensure your participation fits into a schedule that suits you, and that your remuneration is commensurate with your involvement and the student take-up of your learning programs.

To be an Ocademy mentor, you must:

• Currently work or have experience in a professional capacity in business
• Have interest in sharing a specialty subject area or discipline
• Have access to your own web-enabled computer equipment
• Have excellent communication and listening skills
• Be patient and comfortable in providing encouragement and feedback
